Driveway Access: Our delivery drivers are unable to enter driveways due to the truck’s weight and the potential for liquid leakage. Please ensure the delivery area is completely clear of vehicles, trash bins, or other obstacles during the scheduled time frame. We are not responsible for any property damage if the driver must enter the area under special circumstances.

Unloading Policy: Drivers will unload and place pine straw within 15 feet of the truck—they will not stack bales. For larger deliveries, the driver may dump the load directly from the truck rather than unloading individual bales by hand.
